Sanqing Elixir

“Sanqing” means three cleansings: the gut, toxin removal, blood lipids. Lion's mane, stachyose, Japanese honeysuckle, aloe vera and chrysanthemum — no chemical or hormonal additives. 6 vials of 30 ml.

Heaviness after mealsIrregular stoolOvereating and fatty foodSkin and breakoutsUnloading6 × 30 ml

Developed by the FOHERB research centre on the principles of Chinese medicine, with low-temperature extraction and sub-nanometre cell-wall breaking. The logic from the description: food residue accumulates in the folds of a 5–6-metre gut, and blood viscosity rises with overeating — the elixir is used as a regular “clean-up”. A vial with a meal.

Who they suit

This is 100% for you,
if you recognize yourself:

  • After meals heaviness, bloating, a “stone” in the stomach
  • Irregular stool, the skin answers with breakouts
  • Lots of meat and fatty food, little movement
  • You want unloading without fasting or enemas
  • City air, tap water, food “from a packet”

The gut is 5–6 metres with about a hundred folds; per the description, food residue is held in them, ferments and is absorbed back. The description's second idea is toxins — external (air, water, pesticides) and internal (in TCM language: “hot”, “cold”, “damp” toxins and heavy metals). The third is blood viscosity from overeating. The Sanqing elixir is stated as the answer to all three: gut cleansing, detoxification, blood lipids.

The formula is plant-based: lion's mane — a mushroom the tradition links with the stomach and gut; stachyose — a natural oligosaccharide, food for beneficial microflora; Japanese honeysuckle and chrysanthemum “relieve heat and remove toxins”; aloe vera gel — gentleness for the gut. No chemical or hormonal additives. This is the manufacturer's description in the language of Chinese medicine; with chronic digestive diseases — the doctor comes first.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Questions.

Is it a laxative?

No. Stachyose and aloe work gently — through the microflora and motility. If stool has become more frequent than is comfortable, reduce to one vial a day.

Can I take it continuously?

The instructions give no limit on duration. Practice is a 2–4-week course, then a pause; with chronic digestive diseases, discuss with a doctor.

What is stachyose?

A natural plant oligosaccharide: a person does not digest it, but the beneficial gut bacteria do. It is their food.

Compatible with the other elixirs?

Yes, they are often taken together: Sanqing — cleansing, Fohow — tone. The general rule: watch how you feel and do not exceed 2 vials of each a day.
